Refund policy

At Activian, we are committed to delivering high-performance socks that meet the highest quality standards.

Due to hygiene reasons, socks once opened, worn, or washed are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear images or an unboxing video of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, as applicable. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Activian reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
